Shipping

• What are the shipping options?

DeMay offers free US shipping on orders over $59. For all others, we offer flat rate shipping.

• When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business day from Monday to Friday, after payment processing is approved.

Returns

• Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns. We encourage you to contact us at customercare@demayskincare.com for product recommendations based on your skin care needs. We do offer a refund if a product was damaged during shipping.

• Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order hasn’t been processed. Once it has been shipped, we cannot change or cancel. You can email us at customercare@demayskincare.com and we'll do everything we can to assist you.
