Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped from our Washington State fulfillment center within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $59. Additional charges applied for orders below $59 and our expedited shipping option, as noted below. All orders are shipped either via USPS or UPS. Please note that transit times below are estimates only, based on typical transit times for USPS and UPS, and unforeseen events such as holiday volume or inclement weather may result in slight delays.

Shipment confirmation email, with complete tracking information, will be provided to you once order is processed.

DeMay Online Orders are shipped on business days (Mondays – Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via standard service are processed and shipped in 1 -2 business days, depending on product availability. Most second day and overnight orders placed by 3PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability as well. A signature might be required upon delivery for Second Day and Overnight shipments.

All purchases are subjected to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped as described above.

The shipping information above is valid for the 48-contigunous USA. Flat rate shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories varies depending on purchase size volume. Orders to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days.

DeMay is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to P.O. Boxes or forwarding company.
