We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. We want you to be thrilled with your DeMay purchase and encourage you to contact us at customercare@demayskincare.com for product recommendations based on your skin care needs.
We recognize that skin care is a personal experience and results vary due to skin uniqueness. For these reasons, we do not accept returns for purchases since we cannot resell open/used products.
Damaged packaging and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear during its journey to your home, however, if damage occurred to your products, please take photos and send them to us at customercare@demayskincare.com. We’ll be happy to replace your products or refund your purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
International Orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are ineligible for refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on e-gift cards. And please note that we cannot accept returns for used products or empty containers.
Replacement Policy
We are happy to exchange products if a product was faulty or damaged during shipping. Please contact our customer care at customercare@demayskincare.com for assistance. We regret that we do not offer exchanges for lost packages.
