We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. We want you to be thrilled with your DeMay purchase and encourage you to contact us at customercare@demayskincare.com for product recommendations based on your skin care needs. We recognize that skin care is a personal experience and results vary due to skin uniqueness. For these reasons, we do not accept returns for purchases since we cannot resell open/used products.

How can I change my shipping address after the order is shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes after the order is shipped.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping in the Continental United States with orders of $59 or more. For all orders under $59, we offer a standard shipping flat rate of $9.
The shipping information above is valid for the 48-contigunous USA. Flat rate shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories varies depending on purchase size and volume. Orders to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days.
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days, after payment is approved. Estimated Transit times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from Monday to Friday, after payment processing is approved.

What if my item arrived damaged, or defective?

If you received the wrong product and/or a defective product, please email us at customercare@demayskincare.com with your order number in the subject line and a photo so we can assist you.

Can I exchange an item?

We are happy to exchange products if a product was faulty or damaged during shipping. Please contact us at customercare@demayskincare.com for assistance. We regret that we do not offer exchanges for lost packages.

Does DeMay ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to other countries in the Americas and EU. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout in US dollars.
